IS SHELTER//SHATTER FESTIVAL ALL AGES?
Yes, SHELTER // SHATTER is all ages and inclusive. Everyone is invited! However, certain booths may be 21+ but the event itself is all ages. We strive to make this event a safe and unforgettable experience for each and every attendee.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED?
Outside food or drink, illegal substances, weapons, spray paint, bags larger than 6”x8”x3”, laser pointers, speakers, coolers, instruments, skateboards, scooters, bicycles, lawn furniture, tents, fireworks/explosive, any recording equipment excluding phones, glass, drones, pets (exclusing service animals), vending, totems/flags, or anything else deemed a safety hazard by the venue. We appreciate your cooperation with us keeping this event safe, enjoyable and manageable.

Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter the festival.

Tickets are given to you in the form of wristbands. Any excessively loose or tampered-with wristbands will be confiscated without refuned. Staff will apply your wristband snugly and any removal of the wristband will void entry. In short, please don’t try to pull a fast one on us. It’s an event for charity, man.

ARE THERE LOCKERS TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?
YES! However, lockers are only available to those who hold PASS//2. Adding incentives like these are crucial to keeping our event profitable for the organizations involved.

IS ALCOHOL SERVED?
YES! Alcohol is available to those with a 21+ wristband. No vendor is permitted to serve one person more than 2 drinks at a time. If you do not receive a 21+ wristband on entry, please refer to a informational booth around the event to receive one with an ID Check.

FESTIVAL MAP?
Upon purchasing a ticket, a festival map will be emailed to you in a pdf format. Entry points, stages and booths will all be detailed. We recommend keeping it handy for the festival!

EXTERNAL TICKETING SERVICES?
While we hate scalping, and we do everything in our power to prevent exorbitant ticket prices, we can only verify tickets/wristbands sold on this site you are on right now. We do not monitor external sites, and for this reason, we recommend you get your tickets early and here.

BAG POLICY?
We always prefer that fans come bag free, but we recognize that this may not always be possible. Bags allowed are clear plastic/vinyl bags, bags no bigger than 6”x8”x3”, and empty hydration packs with no more than one additional pocket.

Generally, we do not allow re-entry into the festival after exit. However, we do make exceptions for special cases and emergencies. We recommend speaking with a supervisor or related staff BEFORE leaving the festival for an exception case.
